Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed between 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders within Australia. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Kelz Body Boutique offers $5 local delivery within a 40km radius of Maryvale, NSW. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via the phone number or email provided at checkout to arrange delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately at this time, Kelz Body Boutique does not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48hrs for the tracking number to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kelzbodyboutique@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
