Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed between 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Please note that there may be delays due to high postal service problems that are beyond the control of Kelz Body Boutique, especially due to the current COVID crisis. We appreciate your understanding with this and will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Local Delivery
Kelz Body Boutique offers a $5 local delivery within a 40km radius of Maryvale, NSW. Deliveries are made between the hours of 09:00-10:00 & 15:00-17:30 on a Thursday & Friday (excluding public holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are between 10:00-14:00hrs, Monday - Wednesday.
Please bring your confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately at this time, Kelz Body Boutique does not offer International Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48hrs for the tracking number to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kelzbodyboutique@hotmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
